Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and tidy, but the manager's attitude and the lack of ventilation made it a disappointing experience. The location was convenient and ideal for our plans, with nice surroundings. The service was a bit slow but the staff was pleasant overall. The dining experience was not as organized as expected, but the staff was attentive. The facilities could use some improvement.

The hotel's location was ideal for my needs, modern and comfortable with plenty of space and storage. However, it was disappointing that the room was not tidied up, and there were chipped and eroded areas. The service was good with lovely staff, but there seemed to be a lack of training. The dining experience was marred by a late delivery, and breakfast was poor with limited options. Some facilities need maintenance, like windows that don't close properly.
